Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds - all sales are final.

Ticket exchanges may be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance for any other performance of the same show. You must present the ticket(s) to the box office in order to exchange it. There are no rain dates. Performance will be held in all weather. If patrons do not want to stay because of weather, tickets may be exchanged based on availability for other performances of the same show. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Box Office. Call 815-921-2160 for any questions.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Rock Valley College). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
