House Manager

Description: 18 yrs. and over - House Managers are responsible for managing the usher teams before, during, and after each performance. Hours are one hour before curtain until about 30 minutes after the end of a performance.

Requirements: Must be 18 yrs or over.

Usher

Description: 16 yrs. and over - Ushers are responsible for managing theatre entrances, taking tickets, helping with ice cream sales during intermission, and cleaning up after a performance. Ushers should plan to be present one hour before curtain until about 30 minutes after the performance ends.

Requirements: Must be 16 yrs. or over

Concessionaires

Description: 16 yrs. and over - Concessionaires are responsible for preparing the food stands, selling concessions before each show and during intermission, and cleaning the stand after intermission. Concessionaires arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before curtain and are free to leave after intermission clean up.

Requirements: Must be 16 yrs. or over

Auxillary

Description: Auxillary members may be tasked with any number of projects; reorganizing costume shop supplies, labeling, copying, helping to answer phones , etc.

Requirements: Must be 15 yrs. or over

Set Builders

Description: Set builds take place Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm. Volunteers assist the set construction process during daytime hours and work closely with the Scenic Designer and Technical Director. Expectations may include; beginning carpentry, paint skills, power tool knowledge.

Requirements: Must be 16 yrs. or over.

Costume Shop

Description: Volunteers work closely with costume shop staff to assist in costume construction and accessories for Starlight and StarBright shows. There are tasks for all levels of sewing expertise as well as tasks for non sewers. Volunteers are utilized from March - July. Costume shop hours are Mon - Friday, from 9am - 4pm.

Requirements: Must be 14 yrs.or over.

Season Strike

Description: Help us put away our things for the season and tidy our Starlight Home! Many shifts/activities available.
